The group was introduced to give retired folks a place to meet others, chat and have a cup of tea together and play word games like Scrabble and Rummikub. It is not just games. we have visitors, parties, Christmas lunch and annual visit to a garden centre. There is much hilarity and folk usually go off saying they have enjoyed the afternoon.

 

The group meets fornightly on Mondays at 2.00pm in the foyer of the church, which is a beautiful spot on a sunny afternoon.
