Minister

Peter Wood
Peter Wood has been the resident minister here since May 2001. He is married to Emma and they have 3 children–Ruari, Cara and Cameron. Peter did his ministerial training for the Church of Scotland at New College in Edinburgh. Emma & Peter worked with CMS in DR Congo at a theological college for nearly seven years in the 1990s. After returning to the UK Peter's interest in first order mission questions drew him to church planting.
Peter loves lapsang tea, YFriday, Stile Antico, Uiscedwr, cycling & supports Aberdeen FC. Whilst watching the rain fall Peter has been reading 'Constants in Context' by Stephen Bevans & Roger Schroeder, 'The Miller's Tale and other parables' by Margaret Silf, 'Right here, right now~ Everyday mission for everyday people' by Alan Hirsch & Lance Ford, Lance Armstrong's autobiography 'Its not all about the bike' and loads of Beast Quest books!

Ian Randall
Ian Randall is the part-time assistant minister. Ian is involved in theological education in Prague and London, and is a locum chaplain at Addenbrooke's. He is married to Janice and they live in Histon. They have two married daughters, in the Czech Republic and Sweden.
Jon Sanders
Jon Sanders works with young people at church, in local schools, the youth centre, and out and about around Cambourne. He is also employed by Romsey Mill to work with Cambourne young people. Jon trained as a Youth worker at Cambridge Centre for Youth Ministry. Jon loves playing football. He is married to Anastasia and they live in Caxton.

Julie Whitbread
Julie Whitbread, the church administrator organises the bookings for the Church & helps organise social events. She is an Authorised Lay Minister in administration and is currently in her second year of a discipleship course run by the URC. She is married to Jon. They have 3 children – Tim, Ben & Emma.
Deidre Farmery
Deidre Farmery is our assistant administrator and takes bookings for The Ark. She is South African, married to Brian and has two children–Keegan and Kaylyn.

Ian Jarvis
Ian Jarvis is a church warden and building expert but if you see him on the roof then please tell him he's not supposed to be up there! Ian is involved with the pub lunch forum and 3Cs. He is married to Jill.
Pam Thornton
Pam Thornton is a church warden. Pam is also a member of the Care Team and involved with church development. She and her husband Len support Leeds United.
