The Vine Inter-Church Primary School, promoted by the Anglican and Methodist churches, opened its doors for the first time in September 2005.
The name ‘The Vine’ (John Ch 15) was chosen to share our vision of Christ as the one at the centre of growth and of God’s Spirit working in the school producing good fruit in the lives of the children. The Vine is a neighbourhood school with a Christian character.
Debbie Higham is the Head teacher.
As a Voluntary Aided Church School 8 of the governors are representatives from the Anglican, Methodist and local church.
